Suzi “Fang”

Suzi came to us in June of 2024 after her beloved dad faced severe medical challenges and could no longer care for her. Sadly, the other person in the home was not interested in her, and she spent far too much time confined to a crate - which, as any Jack Russell lover knows, is no life for such a spirited pup.

Despite that, Suzi is pure joy. She’s wild, silly, and full of bounce - sometimes it feels like she has springs in her legs! She’s endlessly curious, affectionate, and loves to snuggle with everyone, including her four-legged friends.

Suzi does have serious digestive health challenges, including a very sick gallbladder and a duodenum shaped like corrugated cardboard. She’s on a strict regimen of special food and medication, and our goal is to give her the most comfortable and love-filled life possible. Whether her time with us is long or short, she will know nothing but joy, care, and the security of being cherished.
